Our “Chesapeake Bay Commercial Policy” service agreement is for commercial craft exclusively and runs $295/year.

Both service agreements cover the registered member, as long as they are serving as master or captain of the vessel requesting assistance, not as a passenger or hired mate.

Disclaimer: Guardian Marine LLC service agreements are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. Service goes into effect at midnight the day that we received payment for your service agreement. Service agreements are valid for the policy holder and transferrable to other vessels if they are acting as master or captain of that vessel and not as a hired mate or guest.

Guardian Marine LLC responds to emergencies and may transport emergency personnel or law enforcement to scenes where they are needed, but do not have adequate transportation to get there. However, Guardian Marine LLC is not a rescue service. In an emergency, please dial 9-1-1 on your cell phone, or hail the US Coast Guard on VHF Channel-16 for assistance. By purchasing a service agreement and becoming a member, you are accepting the services we provide and exclusions listed in our on-water service agreement.
