    OUR SERVICES

    Guardian Marine services are listed below and include 24/7/365 response. We also offer boat salvage, boat recovery, search & rescue, fire suppression, dewatering, and launch assistance. 

    24/7/365 Marine Towing

    Our SAFEboat Defender was chosen by the US Coast Guard for many reasons. It is equipped to assist you and will respond in ANY weather! We monitor VHF-16 and will answer the phone 24/7/365.

    Launch Assistance

    Windy days or restricted in your ability to maneuver? Give us a call and we will make sure you make it to your destination safely.

    Refloating and Emergency Assistance

    Our SAFEboat Defender is one of the fastest in the Bay. It is staffed by Certified First Responders and equipped for dewatering, fire suppression, and refloating your sinking or sunken boat. We monitor VHF-16 and respond to calls for emergencies.

    Basic Electrical and Mechanical Diagnosis

    We are equipped with long jumper cables for jump starts, and knowledge of electrical systems to help get your equipment working again. For propulsion issues, we have extensive knowledge of both diesel and gas engines. We may be able to get you going instead of having to tow you back in.

    Courier Service / Passenger Transport

    Did you have to work late and missed the charter boat leaving the dock with your friends? Captains, is there someone on your boat that wants back on dry land and you can’t cancel the trip? We can meet with up with you while underway and transfer customers to and from the dock as needed.

    Dock Checks / Dock-to-Dock Towing

    As a member, transporting your boat to and from your slip for repairs or winterizing is no additional charge. As a member, the security and safety of your investment is our priority. You’ll be alerted to any issues that are discovered by our periodic checks. Special attention will be taken during periods of inclement weather.

    “The Central Chesapeake Bay- from The Rt.50 Bay Bridge to Solomons Island”

    “The Patuxent River from Lothian to Solomons Island”  

    Each package is $195/year alone, or they can add the second area for an extra $50/$245 a year total for recreational boaters. Commercial service agreements are for the Chesapeake Bay area only and are $295/year.

    Both service agreements cover the registered member, as long as they are serving as master or captain of the vessel requesting assistance, not as a passenger or hired mate.

    This is not insurance. It is an on-water service agreement.
